How to apply
English Programmes
- Download the application form. If you are an exchange student, please click here.
- Complete the application form and send it back with all required documents by e-mail or regular post. The only exception: you can hand in your language proficiency test results and your high school diploma later on, but in any case before 1 September.
- You receive a confirmation of receipt when we start to process your application to check if you are eligible for the study programme of your choice.
- After ca. 2-4 weeks we will inform you about the result of your application. If you are eligible you will receive a (conditional) admission letter.
- Make sure to sign yourself up for an English language proficiency test on time. Sometimes there is a limited number of test dates available.
- After you have paid your tuition fees we will start your visa procedure (if applicable).
- Shortly before the start of the academic year we send you more information about the accommodation arrangements and introduction activities.
- Before 1 September 2012 you have to hand in your language test results and your high school diploma.
Please note that we cannot answer inquiries about the status of your application. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Studiengänge auf Niederländisch
- Schreibe Dich bei StudieLink für den Studiengang Deiner Wahl ein.
- Du bekommst bald darauf von uns ein Anmeldeformular zugeschickt. Schicke das Formular vollständig ausgefüllt und mit allen benötigten Beilagen an uns zurück. Einzige Ausnahme: Dein Sprachzeugnis und ggf. Dein Abschlusszeugnis kannst Du bis zum 1. September nachreichen.
- Wir beurteilen Deine Bewerbungsunterlagen. Wenn Du zulassungsberechtigt bist, dann nimmt der/die Studienberater/in des von Dir gewählten Studienganges nimmt mit Dir Kontakt auf und lädt Dich zu einem Aufnahmegespräch ein.
- Melde Dich zeitig bei einem Sprachkurs Niederländisch an, der Dich auf das richtige Sprachniveau vorbereitet.
- Einige Wochen vor Beginn des Studiums bekommst Du von uns zusätzliche Informationen zugeschickt. Darunter befindet sich auch eine Rechnung für die Studiengebühren.
- Bis zum 1. September 2012 musst Du Dein Sprachzeugnis nachreichen und minimal die erste Zahlungsrate Deiner Studiengebühren gezahlt haben.
Leider können wir Anfragen bzgl. des Status Deiner Anmeldung nicht beantworten.
